Important Membership Details
The annual safety check is a focused visual and functional electrical safety review of accessible components. It is not a real-estate home inspection, engineering evaluation, concealed-wiring inspection, complete code-certification report, or guarantee that every electrical defect will be discovered.
The 10% member repair discount applies to eligible electrical repair work and is limited to $250 per service visit. Published package pricing, permit and administration charges, government fees, engineering, utility or other third-party charges, promotional pricing, special-order equipment, customer-supplied equipment, and certain specialty services may be excluded.
VIP priority scheduling is subject to technician availability, weather, road conditions, utility restrictions, emergencies, and service demand. After-hours, holiday, extreme-weather, storm-response, out-of-area, or specialty service charges may not qualify for waived standard dispatch.

What happens to the normal $224 troubleshooting minimum?
On an eligible normal-service call, the standard $89 dispatch fee is waived, leaving the first $135 troubleshooting labor hour as the member minimum. Parts and materials are additional.
Do members receive a discount on every project?
